Level Up Your Score

...With Epic Arrangements

As a video game composer, I design tailored soundtracks for your games based on your vision as well as my analysis of the game world.

Music is meant to serve a purpose, and every detail is important:

What is the mood of the scene?

What is the location?

What characters and ideas are present?

Finally, how can I be precise with each instrument and leitmotif in order to perfectly connect the music with your game world?

A good soundtrack needs to sound good.

A great soundtrack has music that is curated to reinforce the tone and add an additional narrative pillar to your world.

DEMOS WORKS
A stylized drawing of an anthropomorphic cat and frog looking out over a forested landscape. The characters are dressed as an adventurer and a wizard respectively. Text: 'Riddledale: solve the riddle of the crystals - Fall 2023'
  • Title:Riddledale
  • Genre:RPG
  • OST: Orchestral

Follow Wilburn and his new friend Ralph as they unravel mysteries abound in the captivating world of Riddledale.

On this soundtrack I utilize recurring motifs with a light, airy orchestra and an acoustic guitar to anchor the player to the world.

  • Title:Champion Hunters
  • Genre:Action RPG
  • OST: EDM+Orchestra

Explore, hunt monsters, collect runes, and party up to uncover the story behind the world of Valdoria.

The score for this massive world draws inspiration from JRPGs/Anime. Featuring a variety of vocalists, electric and acoustic guitar-work, technical percussion and hybrid EDM/orchestral arrangements.

  • Title: Margo
  • Genre: RPG
  • OST: Electronic

Dive into the sundered world of The Brink in this 2D turn-based RPG. Draw strength from mysterious beings called the Lost Whispers and pay the ultimate price to recover the long lost truth.

To suit the themes of this game I drew heavily on piano motifs accompanied by EDM/electronic elements to tie the player to this shattered world.

Adaptive Audio

Bring your game to life.

Your game’s music should be dynamic and adaptive.

This means a composition can change in real time depending on what's occurring in the game world.

Ask yourself, how does approaching an enemy using stealth affect the music?

  • 🏰 Entering a town?
  • 🔦 Exploring a cave?
  • 🤿 Diving underwater?

How do the player's health, allies, or infinite other factors affect the emotional content of the music that is being heard?

All these pieces must be taken into consideration when designing a great soundtrack.
